Good Product but not for my Hair Type

Writing this following my review of the shampoo.

Before I get started, I want to preface that while this may not for me, there may be others who will benefit from it. That said, here are my thoughts!

What I Love: It smells VERY refreshing. It made my hair shiny! It’s also super light-weight and doesn’t leave a sticky feeling/coating in my hair — or my hands. Sometimes poor-quality conditioners will make my hands feel sticky but this makes my skin feel good, which tells me it’ll do good for your hair and scalp.

What I don’t Love: It doesn’t exactly make my hair feel very hydrated after the shampoo. I used quite a bit of product but it wasn’t really softening it much. Sometimes I wait till after it dries to see if it feels any different, but it still felt a bit parched. This is more of a me-thing though.

My hair type is coarse and very wavy. It typically needs a LOT of moisture following shampooing.

Even if I didn’t have much luck with it, I will say, If you’re prone to build-up and need light-weight moisture that won’t weigh down your hair, I think this would be a good product to give a try!

This 98.8% natural moisturizing plant-based hair balm brings back softness, silkiness and smoothness to your hair, making it less prone to damage and split ends. Rice brand oil, nettle extract and a natural lipid complex provide deep hydration, making hair easier to comb and adding a glossy finish. Peta Cruelty-Free and Vegan.
