We’ve handpicked a few of our favorite products by Russian brands and brought them to the US so that you can discover, explore and enjoy. Many of Russian Beauty products are organic or natural and are made with finest ingredients sourced from Russian nature.

Can I use other beauty products together with Russian Beauty products?

Is there a Russian Beauty routine I should follow?

At Rumore, we believe that everyone’s skin is different and even your own skincare needs may change from time to time. You know, it’s not one size fits all! Check out our step-by-step guide to a Russian skincare routine, where we list our suggested steps, but you’re the one to decide. Just make sure you properly cleanse and moisturize, and follow with SPF – this is non-negotiable! 

Are Russian Beauty products better than other beauty products?

We love a good competition, but skincare is not the best place for it, as it is very personal. Most of Russian Beauty products on are made with natural and organic ingredients, and we stand behind the high quality of these products. But it’s up to you to decide which products work best for you and address your skincare needs. 

I’ve been breaking out since I started using products from Rumore. Do you know why? 

It may be possible that your skin is adjusting to new products. If you’re introducing new products into your routine, add them gradually, one or two at a time. This will help you see how your skin is adjusting to your new products. 

In case irritation continues, it may be that you’re sensitive or allergic to one or more ingredients in the product. Please discontinue use and consult your doctor. 

I don’t know what my skin type is. How can I find out?

How can I try products? Do you offer any samples?

We do our best to include a free sample with every order, while supplies last. 

Are the products sold on 100% authentic?

Absolutely! At Rumore, we're working directly with beauty brands in Russia, so you're always getting 100% genuine products. We never purchase from third-parties or unauthorized channels. All products have gone through rigoruous testing and certification in Russia and many products have been certified by ECOCERT and Cosmos Organic, ensuring the best quality of ingredients and formulations by international standards. 


What are my shipping options? Can I get free shipping?

We offer UPS Ground Shipping and Expedited Shipping on all orders within the US. All US orders of $50+  (after all discounts are applied) ship for free. 

We offer USPS International shipping to Canada only. Sorry, we're not shipping to other international locations just yet. 

When will my order ship?

We're working hard behind the scenes to get you orders with standard shipping fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days (for orders placed Monday through Friday, not including holidays). 

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information. 

Will my order ship from the US? How long will it take for me to receive my new Russian Beauty products?

Yes, all orders are shipped from our US warehouse in New York. If you selected standard US shipping, it should take 4-7 business days for it to arrive to you.

Will sales tax be added to my order?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Payment, and Apple Pay. 

I have a discount code. How can I use it?

Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into []. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, RumoreBeauty offers e-gift cards that are sent via email. Please provide your email address at checkout so that we can send you the order summary and e-gift card. Then, you can print it out or forward it to your friend. 

Questions about Your Order

I'd like to change or cancel my order. How can I do? 

We're working hard to ship your order as fast as possible and we start processing it the moment your order is received. While we can't make changes once the order is placed, there may be time to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at and put CANCELLATION and order number in the subject line. If it's not too late, we'll do our best to help!

What is your return policy?

Sorry to hear your new product wasn't a good fit! We would love to provide you the best experience so we will be happy to help. We're accepting returns on new and gently used products within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return your order, please contact us at with RETURN and your order number in the subject line. Please note that return shipping is at the expense of the customer if you wish to return product to us. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept unopened and gently used products. 

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What should I do?

So sorry to hear this! Please send us an email at with your order number, full name and a picture of the damaged product and we’ll be happy to help.
